What to Expect From Your Virtual Evaluation

First of all — thank you for taking this step. Booking an evaluation is the single best thing you can do for your dog, and we don't take that trust lightly.

Here's exactly what your 30–45 minute virtual evaluation looks like:

Before the Session

Once you book, we'll reach out via email to confirm your appointment time and send you the video call link. We'll also ask you a few quick questions so we can hit the ground running.

What to have ready:

• Your dog (obviously 😄)
• A quiet space where you can talk freely
• Any observations or questions you've been meaning to ask

During the Session

This is a conversation, not a test. We'll talk about your dog's history, current behaviors, daily routine, and what you'd love to see change. We may ask you to show us your dog doing certain things — or simply to describe scenarios.

There's no pressure to have everything figured out. We're here to help you figure it out.

After the Session

Within 24–48 hours, you'll receive a written summary with:

• Our assessment of your dog's needs
• A recommended training path (with realistic expectations)
• Next steps, whether that's one of our programs or another resource that fits better

We're honest. If we think someone else is a better fit for your dog, we'll say so.

The Cost

The evaluation is $30, paid at the time of your session. If you move forward with a training program, that $30 is credited toward your package.
